HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 524 of 2019 State Of Chhattisgarh Versus Deenbandhu Sahu 17.06.2019 Mr. Saleem Kazi, Dy, A.G. for the Applicants (State). The present MCC has been filed for seeking extension of time for compliance of the Order dated 07.12.2018 passed in WP (S) No. 8104 of 2018.

On due consideration and taking into account the grounds raised in the application, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing MCC has been made out and accordingly the present MCC stands allowed. Let necessary steps be taken at the earliest for further compliance of the Order within a further period of 60 days starting from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
