Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioners' land has been taken by the State in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to them till date.

On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that the matter is pending consideration before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), District Raigarh.

Be that as it may, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), District Raigarh is directed to take decision on the petitioners' case expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of with no order as to cost(s).
