1. The limited prayer which the petitioner has sought for is that she has made a representation to the respondent No.2 in respect of her joining of the services after lapse of more than 9 years gap which has not been decided by the respondent, and therefore the respondent No.2 be directed to decide the same.

2. The counsel for the respondent No.2 does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with rules governing the field at the earliest.

4. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion so far as entitlement of the petitioner is concerned.
