1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been directed to appear before the investigating officer which he is unable to do due to his personal difficulty on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation as he is aged about 68 years.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to make a representation before the concerned investigating officer which will be considered in accordance with law keeping in view the age of the petitioner and the current COVID-19 pandemic situation.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
