At the outset, Shri Pali submits that the respondent submits unconditional apology for the delay. It has been assured that now the case of the petitioner would be decided on its own merits within a period of 60 days. Without further going into the matter, considering that now an assurance has been held out before the Court, considering that the petitioner is a senior citizen, his case invariably be decided within 60 days from today.
