Resettlement Authority is almost complete. The authority has been constituted on 28.1.2016 and the office shall commence its functioning by the end of this month.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the concerned Collector shall refer the petitioner's application seeking enhancement of the amount of compensation to the concerned authority within a period of one month and thereafter the authority shall proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
