This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 313/2019, registered at Police Station Bhatapara (Gramin), District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara(CG) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC and Sections 4,6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.

Earlier bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits in MCRC No.7190/2019 vide order dated 16.3.2020.

Learned counsel for the applicant, prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial as early as possible.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, this second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
