1. Respondents/Contemnors Dhananjay Dewangan and R.D. Diwan are present in person before this Court.

2. The respondents/contemnors have tendered their unconditional apology for irregularity of the proceedings drawn by the Additional Collector despite the fact that the appeal was required to be heard by the Collector. However, they would explain that the memo of appeal was submitted before the Additional Collector, therefore, the mistake occurred. It is also

submitted that the appeal has now been decided in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

3. Apology accepted.

4. The contempt having been purged, nothing remains to proceed further in the matter.

5. The petitioner may prefer a fresh writ petition to assail the order, whereby, its appeal has been dismissed.

6. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
