Agrawal Order On Board 07/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that recovery of amount has been passed against the petitioner by the respondent authorities against which, he has made representation to the respondent-NTPC, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. .

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent-NTPC is directed to consider and take a decision upon the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one

month from the date of production of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
