1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension issued by the respondent no.2 against the petitioner.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the view that since the order is an appealable order under the provision of Rule 15 of Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999.

3. Given the fact that order under challenge is has a statutory remedy available, this Court is of the opinion that it would not be proper at this juncture for this Court to entertain the writ petition.

-24. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer a detailed appeal to the Appellate Authority within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Appellate Authority in turn is directed to take a decision on the appeal at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.

5. It is expected that the Appellate Authority shall consider the objections and contentions that petitioner shall raise in his appeal while deciding.
