(2) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (3) The petitioner is permitted to file fresh application supported by by documents for disbursement an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- before the Claims Tribunal. If such application is filed by the petitioner before the
Claims Tribunal and, in turn, the Claims Tribunal shall consider and decide the said application strictly in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
