Dr.Saurabh Kumar Pande, counsel for respondent No.3. This Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:-
1. That, petitioner-Miss Adhishree Bajpai, Roll No.25050255, shall be deemed to have obtained 100 marks and shall be treated to have obtained minimum qualifying marks. Necessary consequences will have to follow accordingly.
2. We direct that if she is eligible for being considered as General Category (Freedom Fighter) candidate, she will be permitted to participate in the counselling tomorrow.
3. We direct respondent No.3 to declare the petitioner to have been qualified by 5 p.m. today itself and the State shall permit her to appear in the counselling tomorrow.
Copy of operative portion of the order shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties during the course of the day itself. Reasoned order, which has been dictated in the Open Court requires some correction to be made, therefore, the same shall be made available to the parties within 48 hours.
