1. By order dated 14-9-2016 passed by this Court in WPC No.2294 of 2016 the concerned, Sub Divisional Officer-cumLand Acquisition Officer was directed to decide the issue regarding initiation of land acquisition proceedings in respect of the petitioner's land, if the same has been used for construction of road.

2. It is argued that despite lapse of more than three months, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer has not taken any steps.

3. Let the petitioner move a fresh representation before the Sub Divisional Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Kota, District Bilaspur, within fortnight from today. On such representation being filed, the said SDO shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law and on its own merits, within next three months, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
