The applicants have preferred these bail applications under Section 439 of the CrPC, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.240/2020, registered at Police Station
Arjuni, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 306/34 of IPC.

The co-accused Likesh Sahu had a suspicion that the deceased Anup Sahu has illicit affair with his wife, therefore, Likesh Sahu along with the present applicants Pardeshnin Bai and Jitendra Sahu criminally intimidated, threatened and assaulted the deceased a day before 26.04.2020 when the deceased committed suicide.

Learned State counsel would oppose the bail application. 4.
These two applicants are in jail since 07.06.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, both the bail applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
