This petition is directed against the show cause notice dated 1.7.2016. We are not going to the merits of the case because we are of the considered opinion that this petition is premature.

The Petitioner has already filed reply to the show cause notice. In case any order is passed against the Petitioner, he can approach this Court raising all ground available to him including the grounds which have been raised in this petition.

At this stage, we find no substance in the petition. It is dismissed accordingly.
