1. By this MCC, the applicants seek time to comply with the order dated 30.01.2020 passed by this Court in WPS No.464/2009 by which this Court directed the CSIDC to

MCC No. 401 of 2020 expedite the meeting of the rationalising committee and finalize the issue for promotion at the earliest and also directed for taking necessary steps within six months.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time allowed for conduct of meeting of rationalization committee and finalizing the issue of promotion is extended for a period of three months from today.

3. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
