This writ petition is premature inasmuch as it is directed against issuance of notice dated 27.05.2016. No coercive action has been taken against the Petitioner. Therefore, we reject this petition only on the ground that it is premature. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court if the State takes any coercive action against him. 2.

The Petitioner in his reply to the aforesaid notice can take up all the pleas which are available to him.
