1. Present is a second round of litigation. The earlier round of litigation was WPS No. 4771 of 2018.

2. The claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been wrongfully denied consideration for the post of Rojgar Sahayak for village

Semartal, Block Bilha, District Bilaspur. The earlier writ petition was disposed of on 26.07.2018 directing the authorities to consider and decide the representation/claim of the petitioner for the said post.

3. Perusal of the record would show that the respondent authorities meanwhile have passed a final order on 24.08.2018 appointing respondent no.3 as Rojgar Sahayak for village Semartal.

4. Given the fact that a final order has since been passed, the same has to be challenged before the competent authority under the rules which in the instant case would be to the Collector.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the appointment of respondent no.3 before the Collector within a period of 30 days from today. Subject to the petitioner filing an objection/appeal against the order dated 24.08.2018 within a period of 30 days from today, the Collector shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 60 days thereafter, ignoring the aspect of limitation, if any.
