1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 30-12017 passed by this Court in W.P.(S)No.439/2017 has not been complied with.

2. Be that as it may, the applicant is at liberty to make fresh representation to respondent No.2 and in turn, respondent No.2 would do well to decide the representation expeditiously, as directed by this Court earlier.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
