1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mutation application is pending before the jurisdictional revenue court since 21-2-2014.
2. The Tehsildar, Durg is directed to take early steps and conclude the decision on the mutation application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
