1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court on 15.02.2019 in MCRC No. 758 of 2019.

3. Counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this bail petition with a liberty to file subsequent bail application after examination of the complainant.

4. She further submits that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

5. The aforesaid liberty is granted.

6. The instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible giving priority to this case.
