Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for grant of compensation and for employment, but that has not been considered and decided till this date. 2.
Be that at may, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Gharghoda is directed to consider and decide the application/representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off.
