1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no opportunity of hearing has been given to the petitioner before the order of demolition is passed.

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation would submit that the petitioner will be heard and order will be passed within a week if the petitioner approaches the Corporation

3. The petitioner shall approach the Corporation and appropriate order will be passed after hearing the petitioner, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
