Agrawal Order On Board 1 2/07/201 (1) This petition has been filed against the order of Tahsildar, Raipur directing demarcation of the land and the team has also been constituted for demarcation of the land, against which, in

the considered opinion of this Court the petitioner has alternative remedy of challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar before the Higher Revenue Authorities and, therefore, the instant writ petition as framed and filed is not maintainable. This will not bar the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to the petitioner.

(2) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
