1. The present petition is only for consideration of the application moved by the petitioner for counter signature of the inter State temporary permit No.05/STA/2019 on the route Manendragarh to Niwas via Khongapani, Rajnagar, Bijuri, Kelhari, Janakpur, Madwas and one single trip daily.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application though was filed long back on 10.04.2019 the same remains undecided and as such the respondent No.1 authority may be directed to consider and decide the same.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

respondent No.1 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
