1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has made application for grant of recognition of the petitioner School, yet the petitioner will file a fresh application within seven days from today and that may be directed to be considered afresh by the State in accordance with law, looking to the fact that number of students are awaiting their admission.

2. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner School files application for recognition within seven days from today, that will be considered and disposed of expeditiously within further seven days, considering the future prospects of the students of the

W.P.(C)No.1835/2017 petitioner School.

3. Be that as it may, if the petitioner School files such application within a week, the District Education Officer shall consider and dispose of the same within next seven days, strictly in accordance with law, after considering the case of the petitioner. The State will also consider the inspection report submitted by the Block Education Officer dated 2-5-2017 which has been filed along with the petition.
