Sam Koshy Order On Board 25.06.2018 The dispute raised by the petitioner in the instant case is in respect of certain impressed amount which the petitioner who was working as hand pump technician was entitled for every month. 2.
According to the counsel for the petitioner, the hand pump technicians are entitled for an amount of Rs. 2,500/- for every three month in summer season and Rs.1,500/- for the remaining 9 months of the year.
This amount subsequently has been enhanced to Rs.3,000/- and 2,000/- respectively. According to the petitioner, this amount has not been paid to the petitioner since long though he is otherwise entitled for the same. 3.
Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and the fact that the respondents till date have not passed an order refusing the petitioner's claim, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a fresh detail representation to respondent no.3 within a period of 15 days from today raising all his grievances and dues which according to him he is entitled for under impressed allowance. Respondent no.3 in turn shall decide the same objectively in accordance with the rules governing the field within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Respondent no.3 shall also give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner if require while deciding the representation.
