In view of the order dated 01.04.2015 passed by the Government of Chhattisgarh, Public Welfare Department, Raipur which discloses that in compliance of the order dated 25.09.2014 records from State of Madhya Pradesh were called and case of the petitioner for promotion was considered and he was not found fit as on 16.01.1998, I am not inclined to issue notice as DPC was constituted in compliance of the aforesaid order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is at liberty to challenge the action of the respondents.
