1. Petitioner admitted himself in BAMS course in the year 2017 and paid some amount of fees and other charges amounting to Rs. 1,03,620/- . Petitioner left the course in the midway and is now seeking refund of the fees paid by him.

2. Bare perusal of the information of his selection as contained in Annexure P-1 would reveal that fees and other charges paid at the time of admission is not refundable. Petitioner accepted the conditions mentioned in the select letter with eyes wide open and acted upon the same by obtaining admission. He has also undergone the course for one year and later on decided not to continue the course and seek refund of the amount. Such somersault for seeking refund of the amount of fees after leaving the course midway is not permissible.

3. The Writ Petition has no substance, therefore, it deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
