(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been suspended from the post of Panchayat Secretary, Gaangpur by the impugned order dated 25.07.2015 passed by respondent No.3.-C.E.O. District Panchayat, Kabirdham, however charge-sheet has not been served to him till this date. Therefore, he has made representation before the respondent No.3, which has not been decided and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent

No.3 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) In view of above, respondent No.3-C.E.O. District Panchayat, Kabirdham is directed to do well and to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of communication of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
