1. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg by the impugned order dated 19.5.2017 allowed the petitioner to meet Rishabh Jain only on the date of hearing of the application under Section 8 and 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 pending before that Court.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and prima-facie finding recorded by the Principal Judge, Family Court, I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application for modification of that order before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg. If such an application is filed, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg would do well and dispose of the application expeditiously in accordance with law. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg is directed to conclude the hearing of the main applications expeditiously.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
