1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted lease for a part of the land bearing Khasra No. 942 admeasuring 0.08 decimal in the year 1974-75, the petitioner thereafter had applied for certified copy of B-1 Khasra panchshala along with the map to the Collector vide Annexure P-5. However, the same has not been supplied, therefore limited prayer is made by the petitioner that petitioner may be provided the revenue records as has sought for by filing the application within stipulated time.
2. Learned State counsel do not posses the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
4. Considering the fact that limited prayer is made by the the petitioner to provide certified copy of revenue records and he has applied for the same under the law for which he is entitled, therefore the respondent/ Collector
-2is directed to provide the certified copy of the revenue records to the petitioner as per the application made by the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
