Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was posted at Municipal Corporation, Birgaon by order dated 11.08.2015 and within 4-5 months he has against been transferred to Municipality, Gidam, District Dantewada and, as such, he is a victim of frequent transfer, and therefore, he
may be permitted to file representation before the competent authority highlighting his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame. 2.
Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes representation to the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
For the period of 10 weeks, effect & operation of the impugned order 05.01.2016 with regard to petitioner shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
