Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application for compassionate appointment has

not been considered and decided by the respondent No.3/4, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.3/4 to consider and decide his application for compassionate appointment expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.3/4 is directed to consider and decide the pending application for compassionate appointment of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.
