This Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the promotion order granted to the respondent No. 3 & 4 and the present writ petition accordingly fails and is rejected.

However, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved of the promotion granted to the respondent No. 3 & 4 subject to the petitioner being able to establish the basis on which he intends to challenge the promotion, the petitioner would have liberty to approach the authority for ventilating his grievance.
