1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition was the refixation of pension and non-payment of arrears.

2. Counsel for the respondent No. 4 has now come up with their reply and has said that the claim of the petitioner has since been processed and admissible dues shall be cleared to the petitioner at this earliest.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondent No. 4, the present writ petition at this juncture is disposed of. Leaving open the right of the petitioner to approach the Court in the event the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed and still survives in full or in part at a later stage.
