(3) Be that as it may, since the petitioner's appeal/representation

preferred under Section 34 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (for short "Adhiniyam, 1973") is pending consideration before respondent No. 2, Director, Directorate, Town and Country Planning, Raipur, respondent No. 2 herein is directed to consider the decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. The petitioner is also at liberty to place the additional material before respondent No. 2 - Director, Directorate, Town and Country Planning, Raipur (C.G.).
