Order On Board 27/07/2015 By this petition, the petitioner has repeated his prayer made in earlier writ petition for expeditious disposal of his complaint.

It is found that the petitioner has been filing petitions before this Court. Earlier petitions were disposed of considering the stand taken by Lok Ayog that the matter is under expeditious disposal.

The return filed by the Lok Ayog shows that the inquiry is being made into the complaint and all attempts are being made for expeditious disposal. Taking into consideration the nature of inquiry which is hold by the Lok Ayog, it cannot be said that there is undue delay in conclusion of inquiry. The petitioner seems to be in the habit of filing petitions in the matter. Having perused the reply, there is no need for this Court at this stage to issue any direction, as a clear stand has been taken that all steps for expeditious disposal of the complaint have been undertaken.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
