1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the interim order dated 9.10.2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.5223 of 2017 in so far as non-payment of salary prior to interim order dated 9.10.2017 is concerned.

2. It is not in dispute that after the interim order was passed, salary of the petitioner is being paid and he is being allowed to continue.

3. As far as petitioner's salary prior to the interim order is concerned, in the

-2absence of there being any specific direction, no contempt is made out.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to claim salary in respect of the period prior to 9.10.2017 on such grounds as may be available to him under the law.
