2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the demarcation of the land of the petitioner was carried out at the behest of the respondent No. 3 wherein the petitioner had made certain objection. He submits that the demarcation proceeding started in the month of February 2016 and the objection was preferred by the petitioner with such demarcation and the case was heard, however till date no orders have been passed, therefore the Addl. Tehsildar may be directed to decide the demarcation proceeding of the petitioner under Section 129 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code 1959 in the pending case No. 270/A-12/2016-2017 within a reasonable time.

3. Without any observation on the merits of the case after perusal of the ordersheet, it appears that the demarcation proceedings is at the behest of the

respondent No. 3 started in the year 2016 and still the demarcation proceedings have not been concluded as per the last order-sheet dated 11.06.2021. Therefore, it is directed that the Additional Tehsildar Raipur shall conclude the demarcation proceedings of the petitioner in the pending Case No. 270/A12/2016-2017 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
