1. This petition has been brought praying to quash issuance of notice against the petitioner in Exeuction Case No.44/2019 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Mahasamund, C.G.

2. After hearing on these submissions, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

-23. The petitioner is at liberty to raise the objection which he has raised in this petition before the learned Tribunal in the Execution Case and the learned Tribunal is also directed to consider on the same, if any such objection is filed.
