1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made construction for the respondents and the amount due is undisputed, yet it is not being paid.

2. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed that if the petitioner submits representation within ten days from today it may be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. However, if adverse order is passed, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
