2. This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.142/2020 registered at Police Station Nandini, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506 of the IPC.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to surrender and

MCRCA No. 1075 of 2020 apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.

4. In view of the prayer made, the application is dismissed, as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.

5. In the event, the regular bail application is filed by the applicant, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the jurisdictional Court.
