Advocate for the Respondents. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of W.P.S No. 6320 of 2018 which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 26.09.2018.

The counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner prays for removing the default during the course of the day itself. As prayed, let necessary amendments be carried out during the course of the day itself.

So far as the merits of the MCC is concerned, perusal of the dates on which the Order of this Court was passed i.e., 26.09.2018 and the date on which the present MCC is being filed that is after about 8 or 9 months, this Court is of the opinion that subject to the applicant/petitioner paying a cost of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days from today, WPS No. 6320 of 2018 would stand restored to its original number. The Order would come into effect only on the petitioner furnishing the receipt of the cost amount within the stipulated time/period before the Registry.

The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
