Since both the bail applications are arising out of same crime number i.e. 679/2020 they are being considered and decided by this common order.

The applicants have preferred these first bail applications for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.679/2020, registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 420 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seek permission of this Court to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the jurisdictional Court. 4.
No objection from other side.

Accordingly, both the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as states supra.
