Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/06/2016 (1) Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (S) No.4304/2015 dated 13.01.2016, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per direction of this Court in W.P. (S) No.4304/2015, representation has been filed by the petitioner before the State Government and the same has been rejected, against which Writ Petition (S) No.1191/2016 was filed and in that case, interim relief

has been granted in his favour.
