1. At this stage, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 4 submits that because of pendency of this petition, even though an enquiry has been conducted and completed, respondents have not passed any order till date.

-22. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of statement so made, this petition, at this stage, may be disposed off.

3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 4, this petition, at this stage, is disposed off. It would be open for respondents No. 2 & 4 to take appropriate decision on the basis of enquiry report.
