1. The only grievance which the petitioner has made is for a direction to the respondents to decide the respondents, which the petitioner has made for up-gradation of the post on which he has been appointed on compassionate appointment ground.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, we leave it for the authorities to decide the representation, which the petitioner has made, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
