The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.324/2019, registered at Police Station Kondagaon, DistrictKondagaon(C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. On going through the bail application, it is manifest that the same is not duly constituted as certified copy of the bail rejection order has not been filed.
