1. This is fourth bail application on behalf of applicant. First bail application of applicant was dismissed on merits vide order dated 8.3.2019. Second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 5.2.2020. Third bail application was dismissed on 2.7.2021 for want of prosecution.

2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 28.7.2021, learned counsel for the applicant sought for time for making his submissions.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing in first round in prelunch session, on request being made on behalf of Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, the case was passed over. When the matter is taken up for hearing in second round in post lunch session, none appeared on behalf of applicant.

4. As there is no representation on behalf of applicant to address on this application, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this bail application for want of prosecution.

5. Consequently, the bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
